Diane Lyn’s distinct voice
has entertained radio audiences for over 28 years. She is a major
market radio talent and is currently heard on WLIF, Baltimore, 101.9
Lite FM. Her Morning Show is highly rated. Diane’s voice and
believable delivery, makes her a sought after spokesperson for National
endorsements such as Keurig Brewing, Ritz Crackers, Reach Dental
Floss, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Curves and Monarch Med Spa.
She has roots in Country Radio at WPOC, Baltimore, Oldies Radio
at WQSR, Baltimore and AC Radio at WYST, Baltimore. Her TV career
found her as a dance show co-host, which eventually became a free
lance voice over job at WJZ-TV, Baltimore.
Diane’s voice training began early. She enrolled in a drama/speech
program at a local college and went on to pursue a serious acting
career at Baltimore’s Academy of Acting. With her love for
the performing arts and her fascination with electronic media,
a marriage of the two produced this voice over talent you hear
today.
She is a performer! Diane’s high energy stage presence as
emcee for some of the largest concert events on the east coast,
made her the ‘voice over talent’ for the Tangier Country
Music Festival and Rocky Gap Music Festival. Diane’s down
to earth attitude was the perfect quality needed as a celebrity
interviewer. Live and recorded from Nashville, she delivered interviews
from recording artists like Garth Brooks, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw
and Reba McEntire. At home in Baltimore, studio interviews include
Bette Midler, Natasha Bedingfield, Dorothy Hamil, plus Food Network’s
Duff Goldman and Rachel Ray have enjoyed their visit with Diane.
She is a guest speaker for many events including the Baltimore
Business Journal’s Women’s Breakfast. Diane gives her
time and talents to causes that need her help, including:
- Spokesperson for charities like Cystic Fibrosis and Susan G.
Komen Race for the Cure
- Chairperson/event
production coordinator Star Night for the Upper Chespeake Health
System starring Lee Ann Womack
- Host for the movie premiere of “Stuck
on You” with
Actor Matt Damon for Dr. Ben Carson’s “Ben” fund.
Her community efforts were awarded with a Governor’s Citation
from the State Of Maryland.
In addition to Diane’s expertise in voice, she has a background
in radio promotions. She developed and coordinated the WPOC fan
fair trip to Nashville, now in it’s 14th year!
